Shailesh Agarwal is founder and partner at Amerind Solutions. Shailesh is an accomplished software business executive offering a rare combination of technical expertise and business savvy. His areas of expertise include Multi-tenant applications, large scale databases & data warehouses and data analytics. Based on his startup and large company experiences he offers an unique insight into complex software development processes, a deep understanding of the intersection between critical customer requirements and state-of-the-art technical solutions, and a leadership style that motivates product teams to deliver very high quality, scalable and usable product solutions.
Shailesh has held senior executive positions at Macrovision (MVSN), Docent (DCNT), gForce Systems & Persistence Software (PRSW). He has also consulted with leading edge consumer internet companies such as PayPal (EBAY), Salesforce.com (SFDC), DocuSign (DOCU) and various startups in areas of Scalable architectures and Operational Data Analytics.
Shailesh earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and his M.S. in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has published a number of academic and industry journal articles.
Ninad Shah, Partner
Ninad Shah has over 17 years of experience in designing and developing robust, highly scalable carrier grade telecom software. His prior experience includes Chief Architect at InfoObjects, NMS Architect at Zygox and Software Architect at Gemini Mobile Technologies. Ninad has architected, designed and managed development of several complex telecom software systems and takes great pride in delivering high quality products on time. Based in Vadodara, India, Ninad manages Amerind Solutions India Development center. Ninad has a Masters in Computer Applications and BE (Engineering) from M. S. University of Baroda, Vadodara, India.
