Summary:
We are looking for a Web 2.0 UI Developer to assume a primary role in designing, developing, and tuning, advanced, highly usable, reliable & high-performance Web 2.0 software applications for the next-generation social networking space, running on Windows , Linux & MAC platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, unit test and maintain new features of web 2.0 UI and widgets
- Use and extend Yahoo UI SDK, which forms the basis of our front-end components
- Design and implement new product features, and ensure performance, correctness, security and maintainability of the product.
- Prepare, review, and edit design specs
- Implement and review bug fixes
- Work constructively with other team members
- Aid in the QA process as needed
- Support live deployments with detailed product knowledge, debugging expertise, and code updates
Requirements
- Minimum BE/M.C.A. in Computer Science with 2+ years experience
- Strong experience in Web 2.0 technologies (Struts 2.0, JSPs, XML, CSS, Tag libraries, AJAX , HTTP(S), HTML, MIME, CAPTCHA, etc.)
- Must be proficient in Java and .jsp development
- Experience on Yahoo UI SDK is a big plus.
- Adobe FLEX experience is a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of agile software development processes
- Excellent problem solving ability.
- Ability to analyze requirements and design software at system, subsystem and unit levels.
- Ability to identify problems and effectively resolve within a development framework
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment balancing efficiency and quality with deadlines
- Ability to generate clear and accurate technical documentation given a template and minimal instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively to management and peers verbally, electronically (email) and through documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within development and project teams that require a high-level of interaction between team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to assume a primary role in developing and managing the QA automation for advanced, reliable, high-performance Web 2.0 software applications for the next-generation social networking space, running on Windows, Linux & MAC platforms.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with development team on the design and specification of features
- White-box testing of entire application
- Develop automated tests to verify functionality of web 2.0 applications and server components
- Critically think about how our customers will interact with our products and turn those thoughts into test cases, action items and avenues of discussion
- Find bugs
- Work constructively with other team members
Responsibilities
- Minimum BE/M.C.A. or equivalent in Computer Science
- 2+ years of experience in testing web based products
- Must have formal training and hands on experience in Automated Web application testing tools
- Web technologies (HTTP, HTML, MIME, JSPs, Struts 2.0, XML, etc.)
- Must have experience in using Selenium, JMeter, HTTPUnit and HTMLUnit
- Must have experience on Automation testing, load testing and stress testing
- Experience with Rational Functional Tester and other GUI test automation tools
- Working knowledge of Windows , Linux & MAC systems.
- Well versed in scripting languages such as Perl and Shell.
- Experience writing HTML, Javascript & Java code will be a big plus.

- Put together a recruitment plan by working closely with management and execute the plan – Key activities will require finding ways to attract software development staff, conducting preliminary screening and tests, and all HR related tasks.
